The Wonder Years (Hopeless records) bring some of the most honest lyrics you’ve ever seen in Punk Rock Music. They play fast, loud and make pop punk seem like so much fun. While at the 2011 Warped Tour in Pomona California, Nate was stoked to have the chance to interview Josh Martin (bass and vocals) […]
Enoch Magazine travels to Warped Tour to interview the bands. At some point in the interview, every band was asked what their perception of Jesus was. Austin Carlile, singer of the band “Of Mice and Men (Rise Records),” was asked this same question about Jesus. However, he gave an answer that was quite different from many of the other bands’ responses.
The Enoch Magazine crew headed to Warped Tour to cover it in Pomona and Ventura, California. While there we had the chance to catch up Juliet Simms (guitarist and singer of Automatic Loveletter). Juliet gave us the scoop on recording her latest record “The kids will take on their Monsters” ( Paper + Plastick Records) and lays out her views on faith.
Enoch Magazine always enjoys a good band interview. We love to put 2 bands in the same room and interview them both at once. A while back we had the chance to interview After Midnight Project and Confide together. Watch the interview as After Midnight Project and Confide talk helping the homeless, playing on Skid […]

Nate and his wife spent a lot of time hanging out on the streets of Skid Row in the year they were living at Union Rescue Mission. It was during this time they met Joyce. Joyce is an alcoholic who is homeless and living on the streets of Skid Row but she loves Jesus and has a passion to share Jesus with everyone.
This is the most honest interview we’ve ever done with someone who lives on the streets of Skid Row.
The Kingdom Center is quite possibly the coolest thing we’ve seen “the church” do. They pick up the homeless each day, bring them to the church and offer them food, clothing, showers, counseling, etc. Then, if that wasn’t enough, they bought an beat up motel next to the ocean and convinced 18 churches in the Ventura community to join together and sponsor individual rooms as transitional family housing.
Carter from Enoch magazine documents an 88 yr. old woman named Dottie as she joins the Navigators volunteers to visit inmates at Angola Penitentiary.
The Enoch Magazine crew loves to hit the road. While on a speaking in Sacramento, California, we had the chance to catch up with Kenyan Rapper, Samu. While in Sacramento we bought some records and Samu throw down some lyrics in “The Record Challenge #1.”
